Your privacy is very important to us. SeekingCuddles.com client information and identity is not shared in anyway or with anyone. We are only interest in keeping it secure for its intended use of booking with SeekingCuddlers.com.
Terms of use
All of our services are platonic. All Cudddlers are contractors not employees of SeekingCuddles.com. Our Cuddlers remain professional during sessions. Clothing should be no less than shorts & a t-shirt. Client must book & pay for all services on SeekingCuddlers.com, your booking will be confirmed through email & direct messaging. Exchanging information with a client is prohibited. All SeekingCuddles.com clients & Cuddlers are required to confirm & follow our client / Cuddlers agreement. The link will be emailed for client's review upon your request to join SeekingCuddles.com.
Refund Policy
Cuddler’s are not paid until 48 hours after the start of the booking so you the client is covered from the Cuddler’s being a no show.
Upon booking date and time set to start. The Cuddler must arrive within 30 minutes of booking start time NO later. You the client are responsible for reporting the Cuddler’s No Show within 1 hour of the Cuddler’s no showing up to the booking for 100% refund. No Exceptions.
Are all Cuddlers Verified?
Yes, all our Cuddlers are verified before we approve & dispatch them.
How do we communicate Cuddlers to client?
Every member of the SeekingCuddles.com can communicate freely 24 hours on our Forum.
Its a fun way to have open discussions of what we are looking for & give advise. SeekingCuddles.com admins moderate the forum updates to make sure everything is within our terms and no adult content or contact information is posted. Our system also auto moderate messages to make sure there is no harassment. Client / Cuddlers may use forum to screen on another for future bookings.
What can we do in sessions?
During your session any activity is allowed. As long as client & Cuddler do not break state or federal laws -Travel, hobbies, dancing, dinning, movies, walks, adventures, cuddling, ext....... Its up to you. Its All About You!
Hygiene Policy?
Cuddler & client must shower, groom, and brush their teeth within 5 hours before a session and keep colognes to a minimum.
Saftey
Non of our Cuddlers are pressured into taking any booking.
Please report any misconduct and suspicious or inappropriate activity.
Anyone who violates SeekingCuddlers.com policies will be banned.
Seeking Cuddles LLC is not responsible or liable for any un-for-seen safety violations during a cuddle session. All liability is between all parties involved in the violation. Contact the local authorities for further assistance.
Booking Traveling Cuddlers
The rules are simply.
1. The Cuddler must leave town.
2. Pay the full booking fee
3. The Traveling Cuddler will contact the client within 24 hours in order to exchange details.
4. Book an all experience paid trip.
