You must cancel booking 24 hours in advance / before booking start time/ date for a full refund.

For any cancellation after the booking start time passes, 100 %  of the fee will apply. If you don't show up for a booking or attempt to cancel after it passes, 100% of the fee will apply.

 

The cancellation fees are added for the inconvenience of the Cuddler.

 

Refunds are only issued when Cuddler fails to attend.
