*Client & Cuddler’s Agreement Any person, client, and cuddler using our service and website must abide by this contract. Any violation of this contract will result in a quick termination of our services to you. Our platform helps both cuddler and client feel more secure in their connections and offers great screening features and security measures to make bookings a great experience for all. "Client" may also refer to the cuddler and vice versa in the contract. To continue using SeekingCuddles.com you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions: *No sexual activity is allowed, if a client attempts to force themselves onto a cuddler, the cuddler has the right to leave right away. * No touching areas covered by undergarments or kissing is allowed. The cuddler has the right to leave in the event a client attempts to do so. *The client and cuddler will stay clothed the entire session. In case a change of clothing is in order, it must be done in private and out of sight of the other party. If a client shows off any area of the body meant to be covered by undergarments purposely, the cuddler has the right to leave. *If the client has a clothing request for the cuddler, the client may respectfully ask them as long as the clothing is a minimum of shorts and a t-shirt. If the cuddler doesn't have the clothing and accepts the request, the client may purchase the clothing for them and give it to the cuddler in person. * All sessions/bookings between cuddler and client must be made through SeekingCuddles.com, if a client attempts to do otherwise they will be blacklisted permanently. If a cuddler attempts to do so, they will be permanently banned from our services. *A client may report any cuddler as no show in order to receive a full refund. *The client will not break any federal, city, state, or country laws, statues, or regulations while with the cuddler. *The cuddler will not break any federal, city, state, or country laws, statues, or regulations while performing services with the client. If a cuddler's safety is at risk, the cuddler may carry a legal personal defense item to defend themselves. *The client has reviewed and understands our cancellation and refund policies perfectly. * Both parties understand SeekingCuddles.com does not do background checks on our users though we have reserve the right to. It's both the cuddler and the client's responsibility to screen each other before feeling comfortable enough to meet. *Cleanliness and hygiene must be practiced by both parties. Showering, fresh clean clothes, and brushing your teeth are a must before meeting. Cologne and perfume must be kept to a minimum. *The client agrees hereby to indemnify and hold harmless The SeekingCuddles.com website, its owners, and employees from any and all claims by the client which may arise out of and in the course of the service. The client releases The Cuddle Companions, its owners, and employees from any liability. *The cuddler agrees hereby to indemnify and hold harmless The SeekingCuddles.com website, its owners, and employees from any and all claims by the cuddler which may arise out of and in the course of the service. The cuddler releases The Cuddle Companions, its owners, and employees from any liability. * No information regarding the client/cuddler will ever be shared with another party outside of what is outlined in this agreement unless I, as the client/cuddler, give written or e-mail permission to The SeekingCuddles.com for a specific purpose. *No refunds or future bookings will be given to the client if the contract/client agreement is broken. Requesting fraudulent refunds will result in a permanent ban once our team completes its investigation. Disclaimer: Refund rights are wavered in the event the client attempts to request illegal services from the massage buddy.
